a councillor has taken to rebuke a staff member’s claim that sooley dam’s very water is earmarked for river flows only. a heated exchange erupted between cr max hadlow and engineering executive phil hansen at the most recent meeting when the former claimed that water in the upgraded dam gave goulburn 50pc more supply.
